Being fat is now cool?

 

You must be thinking here is an Oprah or Tyra talk show topic

 

As most of us are rushing round the malls at the end of the month to pay the bills and get all we need for the month ahead. I was just going about my own to do list. Let me first give u more insight. I don’t often do it but I went straight from training, to the shops, I did not have time to shower so stayed in my training gear -shorts and vest.

 

Now I was so uncomfortable walking in my tiny shorts and vest. So I for the first time paid attention to what the rest of the people was wearing and all the people was well dressed, but oh my word - I did not realise in what bad shape South Africans were. Now this was at 12 am so all the food stops was full and there weren't one place that sold good clean food, but this wasn't the worst part at all, all the spots were full off fat, flabby and out of shape people. And all of them looked more then happy sitting and stuffing pizza and steak rolls down their throats.

So I was like, cool, this is their lives, who am i to judge them, I don’t have a six pack either. The big difference for me, is I train 4 days per week and give 110%, yes I eat big meals and I like a beer or 2, but I know, when I go for my check-up, my blood pressure, cholesterol and hormone levels are good because I train and eat fairly clean.

 

My bone density and joint health is a lot better too. We have very little idea what benefits heavy regular weight training gives us.

 

We can train as much as we want to, but if we don't eat clean, the Playboy body won't be ours. If that is one of your goals, I have just given you a great secret...you can thank me later.

 

The big thing is to train well, enjoy and live a well balanced life, have good meals, have 2 drinks at a party, but put in the big workouts. Its far worse to pick - up and then drop, then pick – up and then drop every week. You won't be able to take it to the extreme or live with that excess weight for very long before your heart, liver and other things start to suffer, energy levels go down, fat levels going up and feelings of wellbeing disappearing.

Take action immediately, its never too late to start, you can never be too old to start your healthy life, join a gym, starts taking the stairs, park further from the mall exit or fitness routine. Just get out there and start too walk daily for 20 minutes, walk to get bread and milk or walk with a friend and build a better relationship.

 

You think that the food bought at various fast food places to be

 

You got to stop making excuses, big is beautiful, I'm a big girl and there is more of me to love, I'm a real man and real men have meat on their bones. Want to enjoy abundant energy, health, see your kids get married or play with your kids? When you are not here anymore because of your choices, you will not be remembered by the amount of beers u were able to drink before falling on your face or how big the steak were that you were able to eat.

 

Being a fat, lazy and unfit person is not cool. Stop looking at those fitness freaks, bodybuilders or the girl that looks good because she has good muscle as the mad ones. You are the mad one, because you might be sick or getting sick, sad and depressed because of your lifestyle choices.

 

Get the help you need, and start making the difference in your life. Get the energy, the health and the body you want now. It is not nearly as hard as you think it is.
